Moving Onwards with Optimism

The Emilia Blazer & Suri Hoodie

Brighter days are ahead and thankfully we have a new horizon to look forward to. This is a favourite time of year as we dream of sunny days ahead and hopefully many longed-for reunions with family and friends..

The Hanna Jacket

Creating a new campaign in Dublin during lockdown requires plenty of ingenuity and a lot of artistic license. Normally a fashion shoot takes place in a magnificent location, requiring a team of fourteen; this year we worked with a socially-distanced crew of 5, and 6 if you count in Paddy the Schnauzer!

The Romana Biker Jacket

So, on a grey early morning in Dublin, our imaginations took flight to the Maldives, the archipelago of islands that glisten amongst the indigo lagoons of the Indian ocean. The Roxana Hoodie & Serena Knit Trs

“We all need something to look forward to, some sunshine in our lives. Wherever we will be this summer, these are clothes to lift the spirit and bring joy with the arrival of a new piece for your forever summer wardrobe” – Louise Kennedy.

The Mimi Shirt

We really hope you like our new collection and we look forward to speaking to you in person on the styling options suitable for you. The team will be in touch to make personal shopping appointments by phone or video.

The Gianna Jacket

On behalf of us all at Louise Kennedy, can I once again thank our wonderful clients for your support, your friendship and your appreciation. You have kept us all focussed on the bright horizon of happier days to come.

A woven jacquard fabric in red, purple, and black, it reveals the four playing …

A Week in Lyon

Lyon, a fascinating and rather beautiful city dating back to Roman times has a history of silk-making and many of our woven jacquard silks are created there. In 2012, I was commissioned by the former Chief Justice John Murray to design the first national judicial robes for the Irish Supreme Court. The robes were made …

A Week In Delhi

New Delhi is the capital of India, just one of Delhi City’s eleven districts. Mostly tourists land in Delhi and travel directly on to the Taj Mahal, about four hours away. But there is so much to do and see in Delhi, it’s deservedly having a moment right now. I fly from London – about …
